The University of St Andrews Netball Club is a proud supporter of Teenage Cancer Trust.
Teenage Cancer Trust creates world-class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone.
For the duration of the 2018/19 season, Saints Netball will be fundraising for our chosen charity through two prominent events, supported by various smaller fundraisers. All proceeds will be sent directly to Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity we collectively believe puts the needs of young people first and allows them to face their challenges together.
The University of St Andrews Netball Club are responsible for the hugely popular [SPORTS]STRIPPED Calendar.
Run by a netball-ing committee, the project puts together a calendar showcasing the St Andrews sports teams, baring (almost) all for Charity. With only 14 photo spots spaces are always in demand, but for those clubs who aren't quick enough to make a month there are also prints available, and our annual launch event at the Union.
Founded in 2014/15, we originally raised £1100 for our chosen charity 'SportsAid'. With growing success, over the past two years we have raised over £5000 in aid of 'Teenage Cancer Trust'.
